REFUND POLICY

We’d rather you train than feel stuck with something that isn’t working for you. Here’s how we handle refunds.
Programs (one-time purchase)
30-day money-back refund
Within 30 days of purchase, request a full refund — no questions asked, no forms, no calls. Just email programbody@gmail.com with your order number.
After 14 days, all sales are final. Same as a gym membership — we just say it up front.
1:1 coaching (monthly subscription)
Cancel anytime through the Stripe Customer Portal link in your purchase confirmation email. Your access runs to the end of the current billing period.
No refunds on services already provided
We do not refund weeks already coached, sessions already held, or programs already written for you. Each coach also publishes their own additional refund terms on their coach page; the rule above is universal across all coaches.
Chargebacks
If you have a problem, please email us first. We respond same-day on weekdays. Filing a chargeback before contacting us delays the refund and may result in account suspension.
Exceptions
We don’t pro-rate. We don’t refund partial weeks. We don’t refund the bonus library because it’s included free with every program purchase — if you refund the program, you lose the bonuses too.
