PROGRAMBODY

About

“We coach the way we’d want our own family coached.
That’s the whole pitch.”

ProgramBody is four coaches under one roof — a son, a father, a stepmother, a brother. Different specialties, different audiences, one shared standard: real programming, no shortcuts, no shame.

ANA

Build your dream body.

I grew up in Brazil and I started training the way most girls there start training — to look good in photos. What I didn't expect was how much it would change everything else. The way I carried myself. The voice I used. The room I'd walk into and not flinch.

I went from training in mirrors to training for stages. Multiple shows under my belt now, and the version of me I’m most proud of isn’t the one in the photos — it’s the one who showed up the morning after a bad lift to do it again.

I coach women who want a body they earned, not a body they apologized for. The work is honest. The programming is intentional. The aesthetics show up because the strength shows up first.

  • 01The mirror is a measurement. The mirror is not the goal.
  • 02Glutes, back, and hamstrings build a body. Everything else is finishing.
  • 03Eat enough to grow. Train hard enough to earn it.

TOMAS

Live your fifties like a dog.

I'm 55. I'm a one-legged amputee. I'm built like I'm 40 because I refuse to act like I'm not. The version of fitness most men my age accept is half-rate. I don't.

I came to serious training late — already a father, already busy, already lied to about what was 'realistic' at my age. Then I built a body that broke that lie. Now I coach men who refuse to disappear into a softer version of themselves.

If I can train hard at 55 with one leg, your excuses are smaller than you think they are. The goal isn't to look like you did at 25. The goal is to be undeniably capable at 60, 70, and beyond. Live the back half of your life like a dog who still chases something.

  • 01Recovery is training. If you can't recover from it, you didn't do it.
  • 02Excuses age faster than you do. Train through them.
  • 03Joints first, output second. Output is built on joints that work.

JACKSON

Ruin people's day at the beach.

I grew up watching my brother train the way most people watch sports. He’d come home from the gym and tell me what worked and what didn’t. By the time I started lifting, I had years of mistakes already filtered out for me.

Most of what gets sold to my generation is bullshit — 30-day shreds, ab challenges, supplements that promise abs. I run the opposite. Real programming, real progressive overload, real glute work, real strength.

I coach people who are tired of looking like they don’t train. The work is the work. Build it on purpose, build it consistent, and the body shows up because it has to.

  • 01Train like you mean it. Look like you trained.
  • 02Glutes, hamstrings, back — the work that pays you back the most.
  • 03Aesthetics aren’t a side effect; they’re evidence.

DIEGO

Pain = progress.

I started coaching because the version of fitness I grew up around — the one built on shame, shortcuts, and impossible bodies — almost killed any love I had for the gym. I had to rebuild it from the ground up.

What I found on the other side wasn't a six-pack or a PR. Pain plus progress, repeated, until something different was on the other side. Sleep got better. Work got sharper. Family got closer. Strength was the side effect, not the point.

I built ProgramBody so my family could coach the same way I do: real programs for real people, no shortcuts sold, no shame baked in. We coach the people we'd want coaching us.

  • 01Identity over outcome. You become the person who trains, then the body follows.
  • 02Hard things, done consistently, beat clever things done occasionally.
  • 03If a program needs hype to survive, it isn't a program. It's a sales pitch.

Industry standard

WHAT WE DON'T DO.

Most of online coaching does at least one of these. We just don't.

  • 01No hidden subscriptions. One-time purchase, lifetime access.
  • 02No auto-renewal. No recurring charges. We don't keep your card on file.
  • 03No fake before/afters. No stock-photo bodies. No stolen transformations.
  • 04No fake urgency. No 'only 3 spots left' psyops on the programs.
  • 05No fake reviews. Every testimonial is a real client of one of us.
  • 06No upsell sequences. The bonus library is free with any program.
  • 07No 30-day transformation promises. Real bodies take real time.
  • 08No bro-science. Every form cue has a why. The why's in the videos.

The thesis

PROGRAM YOUR BODY.
PROGRAM YOUR MIND.

01

SHOW UP CONSISTENT.

Identity comes before intensity. Become the kind of person who trains, then the body follows. Not the other way around.

02

MAKE IT EASIER ON TOMORROW YOU.

Habits compound. Form compounds. Sleep compounds. Every workout is a deposit you make to the version of you that has to lift, work, and show up next week.

03

TRAIN WITHOUT SHAME.

Wherever you’re starting from is the right place to start. We coach what you have, not what you don’t. No apologies for the body in the mirror today — that’s the body we’re building from.
