ProgramBody (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates programbody.com (the “Site”) and provides fitness coaching programs and one-on-one coaching services.

When you purchase a program or sign up for our free library, we collect your name, email address, and (if applicable) payment information processed by Stripe. We use cookies for authentication and basic analytics (Plausible, which does not use third-party tracking cookies).

3. How we use it

We use your information to deliver the programs and communications you requested, and to operate and improve the Site. We do not sell your data.

4. Service providers

We use Stripe (payments), Supabase (data storage and authentication), Resend (email delivery), Vercel (hosting), and Plausible (analytics). Each handles your data under their own privacy terms.

5. Your rights

You can request a copy of your data, ask us to delete your data, or unsubscribe from emails by replying to any email or writing to programbody@gmail.com.
