THE BEGINNER PROGRAM

with Diego · 8 weeks

Free. One full-body workout, three days a week. Where you actually start.

For who

You're in a gym (or about to be) and you want a real plan. One full-body session, three days a week, eight weeks. Every lift filmed, every cue that matters, free so there's no reason not to start.

Overview

The free program for the person who's finally in the gym and wants to do it right. One full-body workout — press, row, pulldown, hinge, hip thrust, delts, arms, calves, abs. You run it three days a week.

It's built the way the science says beginners actually grow: full body, high frequency, 2-3 hard sets per movement stopping a rep or two shy of failure, and simple progression — add a rep, then add weight, every week.

Eight weeks in, the lifts feel like yours. That's when you talk to us about 1:1 coaching. It's free so the only thing between you and starting is pressing go.

How it progresses

Table of contents

  1. Week 1: Learn The SessionGroove all 11 movements. Find your working weights.
  2. Week 2: Add LoadSame session, a little heavier. Reps climb toward the top.
  3. Week 3: BuildWeights up where the body lets them. Every set counts.
  4. Week 4: Own ItThe lifts feel like yours. Decide what's next.

Week 1 — Learn The Session

Same full-body session, 3 days a week (e.g. Mon / Wed / Fri). Rest at least one day between sessions. Every week for 8 weeks you run this exact workout — you add a little weight (or a rep or two) as it gets easier. That's the whole progression.

FAQ

Why is it free?

To get you started. The hardest part is beginning — we made saying yes easy. The value is real: full programming, filmed demos, form cues, lifetime access.

The exercises are grouped — what does that mean?

Grouped movements are interchangeable. Biceps: cable, dumbbell, or hammer curl — pick one. Triceps: rope pushdown or skull crusher. Hip thrust: barbell or dumbbell. Use whatever your gym has open.

Do I need a full gym?

A standard gym covers all of it — a bench, dumbbells, a couple cables, and a hip-thrust setup. No gym yet? Start with the free At-Home Program.
